Shipping policy

We offer delivery within the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding areas as shown at checkout.

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, weather, traffic, holidays, or carrier delays.

Please make sure the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the order if required. If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address, no access, or no one being available, extra charges may apply.

Once an order has been shipped or scheduled for delivery, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
