Refund policy
Due to the nature of mattresses, all return requests are subject to review and approval.
For health and hygiene reasons, mattresses must be unopened, unused, clean, and free from stains, odors, damage, and signs of wear to qualify for return, unless otherwise required by law or approved by us in writing.
If your mattress arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after inspection. Delivery fees, shipping charges, and other non-refundable services may not be refunded unless the issue was caused by our error.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, prepared, or scheduled for delivery, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
